What We Do
Our specialty carbohydrates help product developers solve taste, texture and functionality challenges. Moisture management, bulking, binding, coating and carrying are just some of the many attributes GPC ingredients provide. In addition to a premium line of MALTRIN® maltodextrin and syrup solids and corn starch products, GPC has added minimally processed chickpea and soy flour ingredients to the product portfolio. Also, newer to the product line is FYBRIN® RS, a resistant starch used to increase fiber levels without impacting the consumer acceptance of the finished goods. GPC’s ethyl alcohol products are sold worldwide for use in applications demanding the highest degree of purity. Non-GM products are also available.
